★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mi vehículo ingreso por parte de la aseguradora, lleva 3 semanas u aún no me lo pueden entregar, personas muy incompetentes, pésima actitud de servicio al cliente, nunca contestan las llamadas, chinguen su madre todos los de craqsa.
 Terrible service, my vehicle was admitted by the insurer, it has been 3 weeks and they still can't deliver it to me, very incompetent people, terrible customer service attitude, they never answer calls, screw your mother, all of those from craqsa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL peor taller al que he ido, la atención del dueño pésima, súper despota si no hacia las cosas como el quería se molestaba y me trató pésimo, no hicieron la valoración del vehiculo aún cuando les dije que tenía una falla mecánica, no quieren revisarlo y me hicieron dar mil vueltas, tuve que ir 4 días seguidos porque no me querían recibir mi auto.
No lo recomiendo para nada lo peor que puede existir en qro, ah y el "Lic. " Alejandro Juarez la persona mas corriente y mal educada con la que me he topado, cero profesionalidad, no sé como ha durado tanto con el taller con esa actitud tan nefasta que horrible.
The worst workshop I've ever been to, the owner's attention was terrible, super despot if I didn't do things the way he wanted, he would get annoyed and treat me lousy, they didn't assess the vehicle even when I told them it had a mechanical failure, they don't want to check it and they made me go around a thousand times, I had to go 4 days in a row because they didn't want to receive my car.
I do not recommend it at all, the worst thing that can exist in qro, oh and "Lic." Alejandro Juarez, the most common and rude person I have come across, zero professionalism, I don't know how he has lasted so long with the workshop with that attitude so disastrous that horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ese taller tiene convenio con las aseguradoras y hacen todo mal, mucha corrupción, el dueño me pidió dinero para sacar mi auto y la aseguradora ya le había pagado. Literalmente me querían robar el auto. Y aún así me lo dieron descompuesto. Ojalá nunca caiga su auto ahí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este taller se ha ganado el premio al peor taller que he pisado, entre por seguro y aproveche para reparar unos detalles esteticos aprovechando que iba a estar 5 dias parado el auto, curioso el dia de entrega estaban terminados los trabajos particulares y por los que entro por seguro no los hicieron, no me quisieron emitir factura a la fuerza un recibo manual de el efectivo que pague, por los trabajos particulares, solo reciben pago en efectivo para evadir el sat obviamente, lo peor de todo es que caemos ahi por ser opcion de seguro y son muy malos en su servicio, a pesar de que el Lic Juarez dueño del negocio fue quien me atendio, su servicio pesimo, su atencion de prisa y sus precios muy altos. En fin ojala jamas tenga necesidad de pisar ese lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable este taller, mi auto entró a hojalatería el 13 dic 21, y mejor lo retiré el 28 ene 22.
De la hojalatería muy bien, pero resultó con defectos eléctricos que no tenía.
Le quitarían algún sensor? Faltó conectar algo? Cortaron algún cable?
This workshop is not recommended, my car entered the body shop on Dec 13, 21, and I better pick it up on Jan 28, 22.
From the sheet metal very well, but it turned out with electrical defects that it did not have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sin duda es el lugar donde peor atención he recibido en mi vida, mi vehículo estuvo desde octubre del 2021 hasta marzo del 2022 sin poder ser reparado, solo te dan pretextos y se echan la bolita unos a otros. Por el giro de mi negocio trabajamos mucho con talleres de reparación y este es el peor de todos, ojalá las aseguradoras sean conscientes de está situación y eviten darles trabajo.
Por cierto un compañero tuvo la desgracia de caer en este lugar y su carro lleva 5 meses igual sin ser reparado
