★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De los pueblos mas hermosos de la Ribera de Chapala, tiene los mejores restaurantes en la zona, una agradable plaza principal donde puedes encontrar rico café (frente a la parroquia), artesanías y exposiciones de arte en el Centro Cultural. Sus calles principales están llenas de coloridos murales y su malecón es muy relajante, es mas concurrido en fin de semana, que es cuando hay venta de nieve de garrafa, chuches y bebidas, apto para realizar picnics o sólo ir a caminar un rato, ya que cuenta con zona de asadores y juegos para niños (columpios, sube y baja, etc.) Sus fiestas patronales de San Andrés son del 21 al 30 de noviembre, periodo en el cual se instalan juegos mecánicos y venta de diferentes artículos (ropa, juguetes, comida, bebidas, joyería, etc.) en la zona centro, hay quema de castillo pirotécnico regularmente a las 10:30 p.m. y un grupo musical cada noche en la plaza principal.
