I took my dog ​​and had a bad experience, It generated a lot of mistrust in me that from the beginning they wanted to get me wool trying to sell me food and I don't know what else. My dog ​​only had the flu, he had previously fallen ill and in another place they prescribed syrup and pills and after a few days he got better. Right now he was not so sick, they injected him and told us that we had to take him for the next few days to continue injecting him, which was exaggerated and his organs could be in danger. Of course, the injections had a somewhat high cost, that we have no problem paying for it, but we are not morons either. The last straw was when the vet tried to scare us that my dog ​​had "heart problems" when he was just nervous and agitated. He mentioned that he would check it again and it turned out that yes, it was fine. In other words, they try to scare you to see if you fall, prescribe things like crazy and even admit you when the puppy does not need it. I understand that being a vet is a business, but our pets are part of the family and you always try to find someone who is passionate about their profession and is honest with what they prescribe. I also saw that many dogs with cones arrived, when it was seen that they had no exposed wounds. We paid the consultation, the medicines and they did not give us the medicine, the treatment is not personalized, nor do they pay attention, they only worry about charging and that's it. I do not recommend this place at all, look for a second option.

Terrible service! They are more interested in making your ticket grow than the well-being of your pet. They were able to tell us that our pet should have been put to sleep from the beginning but they waited more than a week to tell us that it would not be saved! Something that one of his "veterinarians" had already wanted to imply but also insisted that he will stay longer. Apparently everything with the purpose of paying more and in the end it turned out that the only solution was to put him to sleep. It is unfortunate that a place that one believes of prestige lends itself to committing this type of action. I do not recommend this place at all.
