★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención de enfermera Estefany, llegué buscando vacunas y ella me explico todo, estaba un médico que fue muy atento, se acercó a ver a mi hijo que lloraba por las vacunas y me dio recomendaciones.
Excellent attention from nurse Estefany, I arrived looking for vaccines and she explained everything to me, there was a doctor who was very attentive, he came to see my son who was crying for the vaccines and gave me recommendations.

En Urgencias te dan una información y cuando vas temprano para "alcanzar cita" te cambian el asunto cuando su personal te dice que la papelería que se necesita para que te den una cita y tener expediente es otra.
Definitivamente no se coordinan en la información que dan al paciente o al familiar, 0 tolerancia por su personal, enserio deben de mejorar el trato al paciente, y el manejo de la información debe ser clara para evitar vueltas.
No es la primera vez que me pasa, literal 3 vueltas para que conseguir papelería.
Gracias a dios iba en coche, pero obvio no alcance cita porque sólo son 5 por día.
Mucha gente no tiene los recursos ni tiempo por trabajo para estás barbaridades.
MEJOREN SU PERSONAL Y TRATO AL PACIENTE.
Horrible bureaucracy they handle.
In the ER they give you some information and when you go early to "make an appointment" they change the matter when their staff tells you that the stationery that is needed to give you an appointment and have a file is different.
Definitely they are not coordinated in the information they give to the patient or the family member, or tolerance by their staff, they really should improve the treatment of the patient, and the handling of the information should be clear to avoid returns.
It is not the first time that happens to me, literally 3 laps to get stationery.
Thank God I was driving, but obviously I did not make an appointment because there are only 5 a day.
Many people do not have the resources or time for work for these atrocities.
IMPROVE YOUR STAFF AND TREAT THE PATIENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues con todo respeto a los que mencionan que es un excelente lugar, solo ago este comentario por algo reciente, porque prestarse a ciertas situaciones, les digo por qué UN AMIGO LO ESTÁN HACIENDO PASAR POR PACIENTE PSIQUIÁTRICO, saben porque PORQUE SU MADRE LE HEREDÓ EN VIDA Y LO DEJÓ COMO HERDERO UNIVERSAL, COSA QUE A LOS HERMANOS NO LES PARECIÓ, AHORA LOS INCONFORMES ESTÁN PELEANDO, CUANDO NI SIQUIERA PROCURABAN A LA MAMA QUE AÚN ESTA EN VIDA, AHORA LO TIENEN INTERNADO PARA HACERLO PASAR POR PACIENTE PSIQUIÁTRICO, PARA QUE??? USTEDES JUZGUEN SI ES BUENO QUE POR MEDIO DE DINERO SOBORNEN A GENTE DE LA PROCURADURIA DEL ADULTO MAYOR, PARA PELEAR LA CUSTODIA QUE PIDEN PARA LA MAMA QUE ELLA TIENE DEMENCIA DIAGNOSTICADO POR EL IMSS HACE 1 AÑO Y AHORA QUIERAN SACAR GANANCIA CON AMBOS, Y NO ESTO NO ES DE TELENOVELA ES REAL,, BUSCO EN ESTE SITIO ALGÚN TELÉFONO Y NO TIENE ALGUIEN LO TIENE QUE ME AGA ESE FRAN FAVOR, SE LOS AGRADECERÍA INFINITAMENTE, SALUDOS
Well, with all due respect to those who mention that it is an excellent place, I only make this comment for something recent, because to lend myself to certain situations, I tell you why A FRIEND IS PASSING YOU OFF AS A PSYCHIATRIC PATIENT, you know why BECAUSE HIS MOTHER INHERITED HIM IN LIFE AND HE LEFT HIM AS A UNIVERSAL HERD, WHICH THE BROTHERS DID NOT THINK OF, NOW THE DISCONSISTENT ARE FIGHTING, WHEN THEY DID NOT EVEN SEEK THE MOTHER WHO IS STILL ALIVE, NOW THEY HAVE HIM INTERNSHIP TO MAKE HIM PASS AS A PSYCHIATRIC PATIENT, FOR WHAT? ?? YOU JUDGE IF IT IS GOOD THAT THROUGH MONEY YOU BRIBE PEOPLE FROM THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE FOR THE ELDERLY, TO FIGHT THE CUSTODY THEY ASK FOR THE MOTHER WHO HAS DEMENTIA DIAGNOSED BY THE IMSS 1 YEAR AGO AND NOW THEY WANT TO MAKE PROFIT WITH BOTH, AND NOT THIS IS NOT FROM A TELENOVELA IT'S REAL, I'M LOOKING FOR A PHONE NUMBER ON THIS SITE AND IT DOESN'T HAVE SOMEONE TO DO ME THAT FRAN PLEASE, I WOULD BE INFINITELY GRATEFUL, GREETINGS
