Aparte para poder sacar cita debes de saber el nombre del médico y tu Núm de expediente si no la apatica mujer al teléfono te manda al demonio.
Y aunque tengas cita si bien te va deberás perder mínimo 2horas

Besides to be able to make an appointment you must know the name of the doctor and your file number if not the apathetic woman on the phone sends you to hell.
