The service given by an elderly lady at the reception is lousy .. It seems that we are asking for a favor without counting that I yell at my son.

Mi hermana presenta un cuadro de gripe y necesitaba una cita médica y un justificante para su trabajo. Y la secretaria nos mandó a la clínica covid, mi hermana no tiene covid le dijimos y su respuesta fue: "regresa el día 24 para que te atiendan" ??????? Que pasa con esa mujer, está tonta o que? Pésimo servicio. I went with my sister today January 12, 2021 at 12 noon. There was not a single doctor, only the useless secretary. En mi experiencia fui por un certificado médico y te piden CURP impresa, me atendieron pronto, sólo que la atención fue insuficiente o incongruente, cuando llegué me dijeron que necesitaba cita, luego que me esperara y al final sí me pasaron, entonces fue suerte, pero en ese sentido deben ser claros con el tipo de servicio que se brinda y lo que se solicita. Su teléfono NO sirve. All the services are free. In my experience I went for a medical certificate and they ask for a printed CURP, they treated me soon, only that the attention was insufficient or incongruous, when I arrived they told me that I needed an appointment, then to wait for me and in the end they did pass me, so it was luck, but in that sense they must be clear with the type of service that is provided and what is requested. Para que ponen un teléfono si nunca entra la llamada. Tienen pésimo servicio para dar informes y las el guardia que se siente dueño de la instalación muy grosero y descortés.
