One evening on a climbing trip, my shoulder was in excruciating pain and I couldn’t lift it at all. I went to this clinic not really expecting much. The doctor I saw (AKA Lisa) was so wonderful. She spoke very clear English (my Spanish is horrible), and knew what she was talking about. Because my Spanish isn’t good and you need to make appointments over the phone she helped schedule me an appointment for an MRI in Monterrey. After that appointment I went back to see her, she explained everything to me, translated the report, showed me how myself and my regular orthopedic doctor could access it in the States. I couldn’t recommend this place more. I had blood work done, was given a pharmaceutical drug to bring down the inflammation. It was all at no cost at all. (I had to pay for the MRI in Monterrey, but nothing at this clinic.) It can be scary getting injured in foreign country. You will definitely be in good hands here.
