★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pero muy mal, es un centro de salud, pertenecen a la Secretaria de Salud, promueven la higiene y salud, además tienen varios carteles donde anuncian resguardo e integración a las mujeres y que no sirva el baño de mujeres, Señor Director en donde está la congruencia ? Pregunte a la enfermera y contestaron, ocupe el baño de los hombres, ese baño está hecho un asco, muy mal muy mal ?
