★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención tanto de la chica de la caja como de las personas que atienden para hacer los estudios, están cobrando por un servicio y aún así su atención es súper mala, son muy groseros y hasta les gritan a los pacientes. Dan citas para antes de las 8 pero comienzan a llegar hasta pasadas las 10 am.
Terrible attention from both the girl at the cash desk and the people who attend to do the studies, they are charging for a service and yet their attention is super bad, they are very rude and even yell at the patients. They give appointments before 8:00 but they start to show up until after 10 a.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a realizarme una prueba covid un domingo por la tarde, casi no había gente y la señora de la entrada muy amable, los que realizan la prueba también muy amables. Hay que llevar su propia pluma de preferencia por qué en caso de no llevar se puede atrasar un poco el trámite.
I went for a covid test on a Sunday afternoon, there were hardly any people and the lady at the entrance was very friendly, those who perform the test were also very friendly. You have to bring your own pen, preferably because if you don't, the process can be delayed a bit.
