★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me acabo de operar ahí, con el doc jorge tellez, el es muy buen medico, pero muy distraído la atención del personal la mayoría de las enfermeras muy mala, sólo dos enfermeras estuvieron al pendiente, mi operacion fue un martes el miércoles el doc Téllez descanso y según dejo encargado a otro medico, que sólo fue a preguntarme como estaba nunca me reviso ni nada, se me hace una falta de profesionalismo, ya que el medicamento para el dolor no me hacia mi esposo pidió hablar con el doc u nunca fue, pienso que no ven a las personas como pacientes si no como $$$

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En realidad los médicos son MUY buenos y la estancia también, lo malo es la atención de algunas enfermeras que vuelven un poco incomoda la estancia :) la primera vez que operaron a mi mamá, apenas y la revisaban, tenía que estar buscando a las enfermeras. En una ocasión por la noche mi mamá necesitaba ayuda y no estaban, las estuve buscando y resulta que estaban durmiendo haha, aparte no eran amables literal como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor.
La segunda vez super buena atención de las enfermeras Ale y Flor, siempre ahí al pendiente, revisaban a mi mamá a cada rato, todo lo hicieron super cuidadosamente, super super amables y profesionales, toda la noche estuvieron haciendo su trabajo, tan buena fue su atención hasta el punto que nos dio pabor el cambio de turno de enfermeras, con ganas de decirles que no se fueran ?
Actually the doctors are VERY good and the room too, the bad thing is the attention of some nurses who make the stay a bit uncomfortable :) the first time they operated on my mother, they barely checked her, I had to be looking for the nurses . On one occasion at night my mom needed help and they weren't there, I was looking for them and it turns out they were sleeping haha, apart from that they were literally not friendly as if they were doing us a favor.
