Pesimo pesimo pesimo servicio....ni la madrugada para llegar a tiempo....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo más de 7 días que me hice la prueba y no envían los resultados, ni contestan el número de teléfono. De haber sabido que iba a ser así, no me hubiera echo la prueba, de nada sirve saber 2 semanas después, si tengo covid o no.
It's been more than 7 days since I took the test and they don't send the results, nor do they answer the phone number. If I had known that it was going to be like this, I would not have taken the test, it is useless to know 2 weeks later, if I have covid or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ineficiente, malo y engañoso. Me hice una prueba de covid hace casi 3 semanas y a la fecha no he recibido mis resultados. No contestan el teléfono y no hay forma de ponerse en contacto con ellos. Pésimo, de nada sirve realizarse la prueba y perder el tiempo haciendo fila si al final nunca se obtendrán los resultados.
Inefficient, bad and misleading. I took a covid test almost 3 weeks ago and to date I have not received my results. They don't answer the phone and there is no way to contact them. Terrible, it is useless to take the test and waste time queuing if in the end you will never get the results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did the call they asked. Did their interview. All to take a 1 hour trip to that place to hear them say, you don't show symptoms so i can't take the Covid test. When a person with Covid (and got tested positive) literally coughed on me. I could not get a test done to me because I don't have symptoms. Little tip now, lie to them if you show no symptoms because they won't test you. I could be asymptomatic. Been waiting outside their building for over 5 hours for their response.
