★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 11 de mayo del 2018 a las 12:00 hrs acudí a tramitar el seguro popular. Hubo que esperar algunos 20min porque habia otras 2 personas antes que yo. La espera que más ha valido la pena en una institución de gobierno. INCREIBLEMENTE amable la señorita encargada del tramite. De buen humor, trato cálido, cordial y absolutamente cero estrés. Un abrazo y una felicitación por su gran trabajo. Mexicanxs como ella son lxs que levantaran este país. GRACIAS!
On May 11, 2018 at 12:00 noon I went to process the popular insurance. We had to wait some 20min because there were 2 other people before me. The wait that has been most worthwhile in a government institution. INCREDIBLY kind the lady in charge of the process. In a good mood, warm, friendly and absolutely zero stress. A hug and congratulations on your great work. Mexicanxs like her are the ones who will raise this country. THANK YOU!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las chicas de la entrada ignoran totalmente a la gente hasta que ellas quieran, si les haces alguna pregunta te responden muy déspotas, se la pasan en el celular o platicando entre ellas
Terrible service, the girls at the entrance totally ignore the people until they want to, if you ask them any questions they answer you very despotic, they spend it on their cell phones or talking to each other
