Since they built it they do not give a good service they leave people waiting outside instead of opening early and letting it pass so they do not go cold

It's sad to see how many staff actually work here. They spend their time in a ball just talking and checking their phone. the doctors don't even know if they will want to work. Please !! They should be a bit professional!! be ashamed
