Hace falta otro médico, porque aveces solo hay una persona a cargo y no siempre tiene disposición de atender.
There are no medicines to the public, attention is very bad. They make you wait hours, even days to assist you. Supposedly they work by appointment, but there are always people waiting although they are on the agenda.
You need another doctor, because sometimes there is only one person in charge and not always available to attend.
