It is never open and they give you a bad service it seems that they are angry with life and that they hate their work!

Nunca encuentras a alguien que te atienda y usando los llegas a encontrar por qué ese dia te levantaste con suerte te piden que regreses más tarde y cuando lo haces resulta que ya se fueron. Por ejemplo a las 10 AM por qué tienen que entregar "informes". No sé que informan si a esa hora no han atendido a nadie.
The worst staff there is. You never find someone to take care of you and using them you get to find why that day you got up hopefully they ask you to come back later and when you do it turns out that they already left. For example at 10 AM why do they have to deliver "reports". I do not know what they report if at that time they have not attended to anyone.
