★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasta atención de la secretaria o no sé qué sea (una persona con tinte rubio, de baja estatura y con sobrepeso) fui por un certificado médico y cuando le expliqué que era para realizar actividad física deportiva, quiso negarme la atención diciéndome que no tenían certificado de deporte, que sólo escolar y de trabajo.
Le expliqué que sí me servía (y que podía esperar al médico que aún no llegaba) porque era para una institución educativa (IPN) y que el único requisito era que fuera expedido por una institución pública y dijera "Apto para realizar actividad física" y me dijo que no, que ahí no tenían ese formato y que no me iban a dar el que tenían, que si era para el IPN por qué no mejor iba allá a tramitarlo, que si no había enfermeras en el Poli o qué.
Regresé a los 15 minutos dispuesta a solicitar los datos de dicha persona y reportarla por negarme el servicio, pero el personal de la entrada, la enfermera y el médico que ya habían llegado (a las 9:00 am) me atendieron con normalidad.

Me parece increíble que el personal al que le pagan por brindar un servicio, haga todo por no brindarlo (literalmente sería más fácil acceder al servicio sin que esa persona trabajara ahí).

I find it incredible that the staff who are paid to provide a service, do everything not to provide it (literally it would be easier to access the service without that person working there).
