Nos refieren desde Ajusco y estar llenos hasta allá para que no esté el doctor es una burla.
The doctors are never there. So that they schedule appointments if the doctor is not going to be and there is no one to cover them.
They refer us from Ajusco and being full there so that the doctor is not there is a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio con respecto a las pruebas covid. Se tardan mucho estuve desde las 8.30am y sali del servicio a las 2:20pm. Se supone que son pruebas rapidas no puede ser. Pero para irse a comer 2 horas al mercado son excelentes. Son de lo peor esos empleados webones.
Terrible service regarding covid tests. They take a long time from 8.30am and left the service at 2:20 pm. They are supposed to be quick tests, it can't be. But to go to eat 2 hours at the market are excellent. Those webone employees are the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención humana de parte de todo el personal. No te dan explicaciones de donde están las áreas correspondientes, las doctoras para hacerte la prueba covid se tardan demasiado, son groseras.
Me dicen que no te puede prestar pluma porque no están desinfectadas. Y ni si quiera respetan los protocolos mínimos de salud como tener un gel antibacterial. Vi como a las personas adultas mayores no les apoyan y las obligan a llenar sus formularios con una sola pluma paradas en medio del sol.
Terrible human attention from all the staff. They do not give you explanations of where the corresponding areas are, the doctors to do the covid test take too long, they are rude.
They tell me that they cannot lend you a pen because they are not disinfected. And they don't even respect the minimum health protocols like having an antibacterial gel. I saw how older adults do not support them and force them to fill out their forms with a single pen standing in the middle of the sun.
