★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención dental con la Dra. Verónica Álvarez y los demás dentistas. En cuanto al servicio medico, hay buenos doctores y personal, salvo el Dr. de coleta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unas hrs fuí al centro de salud Valentín farias, SIEMPRE ha Sido un excelente servicio, más con las trabajadoras sociales.. a excepción de hoy con el médico que se encontraba en turno a las 9:45am
No sé el nombre del doctor, es un señor con apariencia ya grande de edad, de cabello largo sujetado con una cola de caballo.
Fuí a atenderme una cosa muy insignificante pero con dolor e infección que se me estaba provocando a raíz de las hrs transcurridas debido a una mordida de gatito que no tenía vacunas.
El señor, para ser doctor CON UNA PÉSIMA ACTITUD Y ADEMÁS DÉSPOTA sólo dijo:
-aqui no tenemos la vacuna. Tiene que irse a otro lado
A lo que yo pregunté si sabía de otra clínica, a lo que el dijo de una que yo no tenía ni idea de dónde se localizaba, además de él nisiquiera me aseguraba que si me atendieran.
Sólo dijo: ve a ver si te atienden pero yo no sé de esa información
Le dije: no sé dónde es eso.
Me podría decir si en Rembrandt tendrán la vacuna y el servicio que necesito??
El sólo levantando los hombros y con cara de " no quiero trabajar" me dijo:
-yo no sé eso pero aquí no se le va a atender.
QUE FALTA DE PREOFECIONALISMO, ÉTICA Y EMPATÍA SIENDO EL DOCTOR.?????
La atención del doctor FRANCISCO JAVIER OROZCO que está únicamente fines de semana ES EXCELENTE, MUCHISIMO MEJOR.
Te atiende de manera amable, responde todas tus dudas e incluso en un caso en el que se necesite ir a otra clínica te orienta sobre todas las dudas o lo que uno necesite. ??
A few hours ago I went to the Valentín Farias health center, it has ALWAYS been an excellent service, especially with the social workers ... except for today with the doctor who was on duty at 9:45 am
I do not know the name of the doctor, he is a man with an elderly appearance, with long hair tied in a ponytail.
I went to take care of a very insignificant thing but with pain and infection that was causing me as a result of the hours that had elapsed due to a kitten bite that had no vaccines.
The man, to be a doctor WITH A terrible attitude and also despot only said:
-We don't have the vaccine here. Has to go elsewhere
To which I asked if he knew of another clinic, to which he said of one that I had no idea where it was located, besides he did not even assure me that if they treated me.
He only said: go see if they take care of you but I do not know about that information
I said: I don't know where that is.
Could you tell me if Rembrandt will have the vaccine and the service I need?
He just lifting his shoulders and with a "I don't want to work" face told me:
-I do not know that but here you are not going to attend.
WHAT LACK OF PREOFETIONALISM, ETHICS AND EMPATHY BEING THE DOCTOR.
The attention of Dr. FRANCISCO JAVIER OROZCO, who is only on weekends, IS EXCELLENT, MUCH BETTER.
He attends you in a friendly way, answers all your doubts and even in a case in which you need to go to another clinic, he guides you on all the doubts or what you need. ??
