★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan el horario y en el teléfono no contestan, así que tienes que ir a local y si tines suerte lo encuentras abierto estuve esperando de las 9 AM a las 10:30 y No llegó nadie a abrir tendré que regresar después o buscar otra alternativa.
No entiendo las reseñas anteriores que hablan de reparaciones y costos.
1.- Por fin logré comunicarme y me dijeron que están trabajando de 12.00 a 18: 00 hrs y que necesitaba llevar el equipo para la cotización.
2.- Al ingresar el equipo luego luego me dijeron que la revisión tenía un costó de $680.00 (Impresora láser a color) la cual no se cobra si se acepta la cotización de reparación.
3.- Es cierto que el costo disminuye pero la revisión más barata es de 400 pesos para la más sencilla, lo que quiere decir que si tines una impresora barata NO vale la pena ni intentar llevarla.
4.- Es obvio el gancho, por la pura revisión son más de 8 salarios mínimos y lo más seguro es que el presupuesto sea alto para que no aceptes la reparación.
NO LO RECOMIENDO

I don't understand the previous reviews that talk about repairs and costs.
1.- I finally managed to communicate and they told me that they are working from 12:00 to 18:00 and that I needed to bring the equipment for the quote.
2.- When I entered the equipment later, they told me that the revision had a cost of $ 680.00 (Color laser printer) which is not charged if the repair quote is accepted.
3.- It is true that the cost decreases but the cheapest revision is 400 pesos for the simplest one, which means that if you have a cheap printer it is NOT worth trying to carry it.
4.- The hook is obvious, for the pure review there are more than 8 minimum wages and the most likely thing is that the budget is high so that you do not accept the repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es un mugrero, tienen todo desordenado y lleno de basura. Al desarmar mi equipo, el "técnico" fue bastante brusco y tuvo nada de cuidado. Aparte el precio, no te dicen claramente lo que te va a costar sólo se la pasan repitiendo el precio de revisión si no aceptas el presupuesto. En mi caso ni presupuesto me dieron, sólo me cobraron al final. Mi equipo sí funcionó (la carcasa no quedó como cuando lo llevé) y espero que siga funcionando para no tener que regresar
