On the phone they tell you one thing, they don't respect you in person and especially the bad customer service, it seems that it bothers them to be interrupted from their tranquility.
Á	Ángel Rolando Lerma Jiménez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui arreglar mi laptop. Me atendió Omar. Me dio unos precios que no me parecieron justos y le pedí que me regresara mi laptop. No me hizo válida la garantía (cosa que el fabricante SI hizo valida -qué raro no?) Después me ofreció un precio mas barato "por debajo del agua", osea que no fuera a la tienda sino directo a él. Después envié mi lap a hp y me dijeron que Omar desconectó una memoría ram para que no prendiera el BIOS. Ellos la conectaron y todo mi problema se arregló GRATIS. La verdad muy mala experencia (y además el susto), aconsejaría ir a otros lugares más confiables. I went to fix my laptop. Omar answered me. He gave me some prices that did not seem fair and I asked him to return my laptop. I did not validate the guarantee (which the manufacturer IF validated - how weird does not?) Then he offered me a cheaper price "below the water", so I did not go to the store but directly to him. Then I sent my lap to hp and they told me that Omar disconnected a RAM memory so it would not turn on the BIOS. They connected it and all my problem was fixed FREE. The truth is very bad experience (and also the fright), I would advise going to other more reliable places.
I	Ivonne Salvatierra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera le doy cero estrellas, en mi vida vuelvo a comprar un producto hp si en ese lugar lo tengo que llevar a arreglar y hacer uso de mi garantía, lástima de marca que si es buena, me dejaron inservible mi pc y no se quisieron hacer responsables. NO VAYAN AHÍ, mejor busquen otra opción. If I could I would give it zero stars, in my life I will buy a hp product again if in that place I have to take it to fix and make use of my guarantee, a pity for the brand that if it is good, they left my pc useless and they did not want it hold accountable. DO NOT GO THERE, better look for another option.

Pero hasta ahora va todo muy bien. The young man who attends, did a quick procedure to check my equipment and was specific.
