I took my tv for an on / off problem, and it was returned to me with another problem on the screen. Too bad I thought they were reliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No puedo comentar de su capacidad técnica, pero la atención al cliente es tán mala qué preferí pagar el diagnóstico y llevar mi equipo al otro centro autorizado LG de mi ciudad. Les sugiero hacer lo mismo aunque la distancia sea mayor valdrá la pena.
I cannot comment on their technical capacity, but the customer service is so bad that I preferred to pay for the diagnosis and take my equipment to another authorized LG center in my city. I suggest doing the same even if the distance is greater it will be worth it.
