★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pondría 5 estrellas pero se me hace absurdo, que si uno les llama y les comentas la situación, te hagan enviar un WhatsApp para dar nuevamente la información que ya les diste por teléfono...
En cuánto al técnico y al servicio de mi lavadora puedo decir que es excelente, el técnico realmente conoce el tema!!
I would give them 5 stars but it seems absurd to me, that if you call them and tell them about the situation, they make you send a WhatsApp to give again the information you already gave them by phone...
As for the technician and the service of my washing machine, I can say that it is excellent, the technician really knows the subject !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy 4 estrellas ya que ni el técnico, ni la orden de servicio especifican un domicilio fiscal por lo que hace dudar, sin embargo el servicio es bueno, llegan en horario indicado, arreglan el equipo en el momento y dan 6 meses de garantía.
Solo es servicio de línea blanca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue de Mantenimiento Preventivo y lo completaron muy rápidamente y en sitio. Los Ingenieros encargados fueron muy atentos y contestaron todas mis preguntas y dudas. El precio es razonable para el tipo de servicio y no me pareció elevado.
El único detalle con el servicio radica en la atención vía whatsapp y es la razón por la que les doy 4 estrellas, ya que demoran mucho en contestar y además la comunicación por este medio requiere un poco más de profesionalismo, ya que algunos de los mensajes que recibí estaban fuera de contexto y en lugar de parecer de una empresa parecían venir de parte de un amigo muy cercano.
The service was Preventive Maintenance and they completed it very quickly and on site. The Engineers in charge were very attentive and answered all my questions and doubts. The price is reasonable for the type of service and I did not find it high.
The only detail with the service lies in the attention via whatsapp and that is the reason why I give them 4 stars, since they take a long time to answer and also communication through this means requires a little more professionalism, since some of the messages that I received were out of context and instead of appearing from a company they seemed to come from a very close friend.
