★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue que lleve mi TvLED 32" y la falla común de estas TV ya de tiempo son los led o la fuente de alimentación. La falla era que no se veía la pantalla pero se lograba ver muy obscuro la pantalla y encendia, intente hacer varios modos pensando que era del software pero no investigue y la falla era como mencioné anteriormente, así que busque un servicio autorizado.
Lleve mi TV pague para la checará el diagnóstico y en 3 días me hablaron. Me comentaron así: La falla es de la fuente de alimentación, falla de la tarjeta de video y que había que cambiar el monitor "LCD"(?), me dijeron el costo y claro de primero pienso que no se si está mal la información que le pasaron al de recepción o el de recepción no tenía el reporte de la orden de servicio pero el costo fue elevado y checando precios por el modelo de TV no es costeable.
Fui por mi TV para que no se hiciera la reparación y o sorpresa, YA NO ENCENDIA MI TV. Volví a regresar al servicio autorizado y que por la falla de la fuente por eso es la causa de que no se enciende pero claramente la TV si encendía a pesar de la falla, la volví a dejar para que mi TV estuviera como la dejé espere UNA SEMANA y no la pudieron dejar como estaba. Así que esa es mi experiencia y no me gusta suponer que le hicieron a mi TV, sólo que tengan cuidado cuando dejen sus aparatos a reparar con este "servicio autorizado".

Bring my pay TV to check the diagnosis and in 3 days they spoke to me. They told me like this: The fault is from the power supply, the video card is failing and the "LCD" monitor had to be changed (?), They told me the cost and of course I think first of all I don't know if the information is wrong They passed it to the reception or the reception did not have the service order report but the cost was high and checking prices for the TV model is not affordable.
I went to my TV so that the repair was not done and or surprise, MY TV NO LONGER TURNED ON. I returned to the authorized service and that due to the failure of the source that is why it does not turn on but clearly the TV if it turned on despite the failure, I left it again so that my TV was as I let it wait A WEEK and they could not leave it as it was. So that is my experience and I don't like to suppose what they did to my TV, just be careful when you leave your devices to repair with this "authorized service".
