Sucursal en col. margaritas ( adelante de hom depot) el día de ayer fui y compré una bomba sumergible , la cuál no había en existencia pero me aseguraron que si la compraba en el transcurso del día me la entregaban lo cual no fue así. Al siguiente día fui a ver qué había pasado pues ya eran las 11am y me dijeron que no me habían hablado por qué ya había llegado casi a las 6pm y ya no les iba a dar tiempo de entregarmela .
Situación que no me parece muy profesional de su parte, además al recibirla note que faltaba una parte que marca el manual y en la caja misma lo dice (la cuerda de seguridad) y al comentarlo me dijeron que no venía incluida , pero al llegar a mi domicilio leí bien manual y ahí dice que si viene incluida por lo que regrese y les mostré el manual y fue asta entonces que me la entregaron

The next day I went to see what had happened because it was already 11am and they told me that they had not spoken to me why I had arrived almost at 6pm and they would not have time to deliver it to me.
