★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien el lugar para reparaciones faciles como cambio de bateria, correas o ajustes de pulsera. En mi experiencia no satisfacieron mis necesidades. Lleve un Citizen Ecodrive para cambio de bateria/capacitor, y la recepcionista me indico que si y solo si se tiene que enviar a CDMX, y una vez que pase la pandemia se puede mandar, ahora no. Habia ido a este taller confiando en que por ser Citizen y que estuviera en Monterrey me podrian dar servicio, sin embargo no fue asi, por lo que tendre que confiar en los tutoriales de Youtube y Mercadolibre para adquirir la bateria/capacitor. Por otro lado, lleve un reloj de otra marca para remover la cubierta trasera, y al final no quisieron repararlo. La atención de la repecionista igual podria mejorar. Algo bueno es que la tienda esta muy surtida, y el relojero a pesar de no reparar mis dos relojes siempre fue amable.

I had gone to this workshop trusting that because I was Citizen and that I was in Monterrey they could give me service, however this was not the case, so I will have to trust the YouTube and Mercadolibre tutorials to acquire the battery / capacitor. On the other hand, take a watch from another brand to remove the back cover, and in the end they didn't want to repair it. The attention of the repetitionist could still improve. One good thing is that the store is well stocked, and the watchmaker despite not repairing my two watches was always friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un reloj Seiko funcionando a que le dieran mantenimiento y al día siguiente se paró en la noche, posteriormente hasta 3 veces al día y hoy no funciona más... Les pagué $800 pesos por descomponerme un reloj que funcionaba perfectamente. Yo no se donde certifican a sus relojeros pero puedo asegurarles que no sirven ni para dar un mantenimiento.... mucho menos les confiaría una reparación mayor, no voy nisiquiera a regresar a pedir me arreglen mi reloj porque ni de loco vuelvo a permitirles le metan mano. Buscaré un taller competente y que en verdad sepan trabajar con relojes automáticos... supongo la certificación que tienen es para cambiar pilas! No recomiendo este lugar para servicio o reparaciones de relojería. Espero que mi dinero se lo den de estímulo al relojero a ver si así le echa ganitas a su chamba o de perdido busca tutoriales en internet...
