Honestamente todos los que me atendieron son unos ineptos, desde la recepcionista del turno de la tarde hasta el ejecutivo, de todos no se hace uno.
Tuve una situación desde el 16-11-21, acudí en cinco ocasiones distintas, invertí mucho tiempo y dinero, pero al final, cuando exigí que resolvieran mi situación obtuve buenos resultados.✌

Les comparto una captura de los requisitos. Esta facil de ubicar, pero para mayor referencia esta a un costadobdel Walmart.
La atención es buena y como ya mencione al inicio es sencillo y a lo mas tardas unos 20 a 30 minutos en lo que te entregan.
No olvides tu cubrebocas.
Y es importante mencionar que por el tema del Covid-19, solo puede pasar una persona sin acompañantes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención, abren los domingos yo saque mi cita en línea y te dicen exactamente que traer para la renovación de licencia, es: la licencia que venció, INE, comprobante de domicilio ( CDMX o Estado de México), debes traer todo en original y en copia.
También les dejo imagen del trámite de la renovación de tarjeta de circulación, ya es en línea.

Fui al módulo por el tema de licencia vehicular y de inmediato me canalizaron; de hecho las nuevas licencias A1 o A2 no se emiten en tesorería sino en algunos módulos móviles de la Semovi. (Ahí solo se puede tramitar la tipo A)
Las chicas de la entrada tienen conocimiento firme de los trámites que realizan tanto costo, requisitos y eso nos beneficia.
Las instalaciones son amplias y limpias; aunque hay muchas personas, los trámites son muy ágiles y pasan rápido con un tiempo de espera de 20 minutos, además que la mayoría de personas solo van de acompañantes. Atrás esta un Walmart para pasar a pagar las líneas de captura o algo para pasar mejor el tiempo de espera.
