Dijeron que era una pequeña falla en sistema y que ya había quedado pero en ningún momento dijeron o indicaron que iban a formatearla, hasta office y todos los programas que tenia comprado los borraron Nada les costaba indicar que la iban a formatear y ya uno como cliente sabe lo que va a pasar, no cuando la prendo en mi casa y veo que no tengo NADA. Cuando marcaron solo dijeron que era un pequeño error en sistema y ya. Se fue a la basura mi trabajo de más de 3 años. Terrible service. Me dieron mi equipo hasta que al fin contesto alguien diferente, pésima la chica. Cabe aclarar que hablé por teléfono para localizar fácilmente el lugar y la persona que me atendió fue muy amable, lástima que me fue imposible entrar, mi compu sigue sin pila. Llame para actualización y me dijeron que esperara tantito, me dejaron en espera más de 20 min y colgaron y al volver a llamar no respondieron. Editaré esta reseña cuando me devuelvan elequipo pero por todo lo que ha pasado de verdad les recomiendo no llevar su equipo. Hasta el día de hoy no me entregan ni el equipo, ni el dinero ni me explican porqué no me devuelven nada, siento una gran frustración porque no me dan respuesta, nunca está "el jefe", tipo nefasto que se queda con dinero y equipos. Piensen bien antes de llevar algo a reparar, se supondría que son profesionales pero en realidad son unos timadores. Ya pude mi denuncia ante la procuraduría del consumidor.
