★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un servicio ASQUEROSO, las señoritas que te atienden parece que te están haciendo un favor al contestarte y nadie es capaz de dar una solución, llevo una semana marcando todos los dias para comunicarme con el gerente y casualmente nunca se encuentra, me trajeron mi lavadora sin la pieza antigua que le cambiaron y a la fecha no me la han traído y nadie es capaz de darme una solución. No los contraten, malísimo servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente ni siquiera sé merecen una estrella... según tienen una sucursal en Querétaro la cual solicite sus servicios, vinieron se llevaron el motor de la lavadora me cobraron $2600 una sola lavada y quedó exactamente igual! No responden llamadas ni mensajes nos dejan en visto! La garantía de 2 meses por su servicios es una estafa al igual que la empresa misma!! Jamás acudieron a ver que le pado a mi lavadora. NO CAIGAN EN UNA ESTAFA BUSQUEN POR OTRO LADO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! PÉSIMO SERVICIO no se como existe este tipo *DE CENTRO DE SERVICIOS“no gasten su dinero en ellos, mande arreglar una lavadora me cobraron 3800.00 se tardaron 1 mes, y no quedó bien.
Tambien me arreglaron un refrigerador y tampoco quedó bien.
Hasta la fecha no han querido pasar, solo te dicen EL TÉCNICO TIENE QUE IR ANTES DE LAS 4 y nunca llega.
WATCH OUT! POOR SERVICE I don't know how this type * OF SERVICE CENTER exists “don't spend your money on them, have a washing machine fixed, they charged me 3800.00 it took 1 month, and it didn't work out.
They also fixed a refrigerator for me and it didn't look good either.

Grosera la tipa que atiende el teléfono. Mentirosos. MEJOR RECOMIENDO RYSE. NO COBRAN POR REVISAR Y NADA CAROS SALIÓ EN 400 mi reparación en 3 días. Por favor no se fíen de estos estafadores. Ojo

Las chicas que atienden el teléfono muy groseras, no dan soluciones y el gerente nunca está.
Muy mala experiencia con este lugar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depende de técnico te atiende es el diagnóstico, y si vuelve a fallar aunque es de los mismos problemas ahora dice ser otra cosa... en mi caso por cada reparación quieren cobrar $2500, la cual solo hice 1, nunca me enseñaron las piezas que le "cambiaron"... las garantías también dependen del técnico unos dan 60 días y otros dan 90 días., Entre los diagnósticos se contradicen uno del otro y hasta dicen que no debieron hacerlo así... Control de calidad no existe.
La persona que atienden los teléfonos de "Atención o servicios al cliente" no tienen nada de servicio ni atención, no resuelve ni atiende, dicen no saber y bueno hasta se enojan si se les pone frente al problema y al pedir respuesta o solución dicen no saber y que no pueden hacer nada.
Cuidado porque solo se pasan la "bolita" entre ellos pero no tendrás ninguna respuesta.
NO LOS RECOMIENDO!!
