★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, solo que el lugar está muy escondido y es muy difícil darse cuenta que es ahí, por qué no tiene ninguna señalización que indique que tiene algo que ver con marca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención asombrosa. Tienen un alto estándar para ser una marca tan económica.
Hace una semana (este comentario originalmente lo escribí a finales Julio de 2019) fui a checar una tablet por garantía, no preguntan casi nada, mas que la falla, la revisan en el lugar, y si es cierto, te dan la orden para revisión en menos de 5 minutos. Y aunque llegué casi cuando estaban cerrando, no me questionaron ni me hicieron problema por ello.
Son calmados y atentos, además que te hacen algo de plática. Ghia, en el buen sentido, la atención al cliente que ofrecen no es la que uno esperaría de una marca de bajo precio, es simplemente asombrosa.
(Lo único "malo", es que mandan a re-manufacturar el aparato, pero eso es genial dado a que la revisan en fábrica, y te lo dan de vuelta. De todas formas, les recomiendo que hagan respaldo de sus archivos si pueden.)
Amazing attention. They have a high standard for such an inexpensive brand.
A week ago (I originally wrote this comment at the end of July 2019) I went to check a tablet for warranty, they ask almost nothing, other than the failure, they check it on the spot, and if it is true, they give you the order for revision in less than 5 minutes. And although I arrived almost when they were closing, they did not question me or make a problem for it.
They are calm and attentive, plus they do some talking to you. Ghia, in a good way, the customer support they offer is not what one would expect from a low-priced brand, it is simply amazing.
(The only "bad" thing is that they send the device to be re-manufactured, but that's great given that they check it at the factory, and they give it back to you. Anyway, I recommend that you make backup of your files if you can. .)
