★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya esta mejor organizado y ya esta la tienda de coffe solutions ahí. Lo malo es que siempre faltan productos por ser importados. El servicio de reparacion es muy bueno aunque es algo elevado en precios. Pero saben lo que hacen asi que recomendado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verifica que te cobren lo que es porque me cobraron de más 1 caja de jarabes + 1 jarabe y el modo en como te cobran es primero pagas en otro lado en donde no te entregan tu producto después en donde te lo entregan el poli tiene el ticket y ya está todo tu producto en bolsas y se supone que el válida el producto y te confías en que lo que eligiste sea lo correcto. Suma atención porque después de que reclamas son sumamente prepotentes y la señorita que te atiende es muy grosera. Se supone que deben de realizar inventario diario y además tienen cámaras ellas seguramente lo que cobran de más lo han de revender y ese dinero se lo quedan es toda una mafia.

Compramos 2 fabricas de hielo y 3 licuadoras con ellos y nos salieron súper mal, hemos tratado de darle el mantenimiento con ellos y no contestan llamadas ni correos desde hace meses. Se llevaron una de las licuadoras y no me la han regresado y tampoco contestan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. He enviado mi cafetera jura 2 veces por motivos diferentes y siempre la mandan de regreso con algun faltante o con otro problema. La primera vez lo enviaron con el tanque partido. La ultima vez que la envie hace dos meses por un problema de encendido, cambiaron el molino porque segun ellos ya estaba desgastado y estuve de acuerdo en el cambio del mismo, despues de recibir la cafetera de regreso a los dias empezo a tirar el cafe que molia por abajo y almacenar hasta que se traba y hay que limpiar el excedente, ademas de que ahora se a quedado trabada en el modo de descalcificacion.
