★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es un poco despistada y poco técnica debido a que quien atiende el centro de servicio es un adolescente que no cuenta con las competencias necesarias, por lo que el servicio se retrasa para esperar a cuando esté presente el ingeniero de reparación. Además de este centro de servicio las mandan a otro o una matriz en el centro de Monterrey.
The attention is a bit absent-minded and not very technical because the person attending the service center is a teenager who does not have the necessary skills, so the service is delayed to wait for the repair engineer to be present. In addition to this service center, they are sent to another or a matrix in the center of Monterrey.
