No hicieron nada por componerla ya que la con otro técnico y me la dejaron como nueva y sin necesidad de pedir otra tarjeta. Muy mal servicio y poco profesionalismo. Por que tampoco no contestan ni informan a como ellos mencionan te dicen que te dan el lunes informes pasa lunes y no te dicen nada hasta que tu preguntas. Y me devolvieron el equipo sucio y rayado si de por sí estaba rayada me la entregaron peor. La goma toda maltratada. No tienen ni tacto. Esa es mi experiencia I took my computer for a glitch. Les llamé de nuevo y que un día mas. Finalmente me llaman para decirme que el error es tal y que me sale mejor una impresora nueva. No me cotizaron ni siquiera la pieza que en teoría deberían cambiar. Eso si. Me avisaron que si iba a pasar por la impresora tenía que pagar por la supuesta revisión, que la verdad estoy casi seguro que no hicieron.
