★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a la 1:40 pm esperando en la calle por que no permiten pasar por el tema del COVID, NO me atendieron, tardan mucho solo pasaron 6 turnos adelante de mi, salio la poli a decir que el horario de servicio era hasta las 2:30 y que se habia ido el personal.
*Tienes que pedir cita para que te atiendan y pues no hay hasta dentro de 4 meses.
*Llega maximo a las 12:00, si quieres ser atendido.
*Con paciencia espera mas de 1 hora, lleva tus botanas y agua
 I arrived at 1:40 pm waiting on the street because they did not allow to go through the COVID issue, they did NOT attend to me, they take a long time, they only spent 6 shifts in front of me, the police came out to say that the service hours were until 2 : 30 and that the staff had left.
* You have to make an appointment to be seen and there won't be for another 4 months.
* Arrive at 12:00 noon, if you want to be attended.
* Wait more than 1 hour patiently, bring your snacks and water

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, muy amables, eficientes y proactivos, esperaba lo contrario por algunos comentarios que había leído, pero dan muy buena atención. Dan fichas a las 6 am. Está enfrente del Monumento a la Revolución. Se llega fácil por transporte público, metro línea azul, bajarse en metro Revolución, y caminar dos calles hacia el monumento a la Revolución.
Very good service, very friendly, efficient and proactive, I expected otherwise from some comments I had read, but they give very good service. They give chips at 6 am. It is in front of the Monument to the Revolution. It is easy to get there by public transport, the blue line metro, get off on the Revolución metro, and walk two blocks to the Revolution monument.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues ya he ido varias veces por el mismo tema a dar seguimiento del mismo y me he dado cuenta que no todos tienen la misma experiencia o más bien capacitación algunos te dicen unas cosas y otros no conocen de lo que te comento la otra persona que te atendió, les explicas y se sacan un as de la manga con cualquier excusa o as de la manga, pero si te tienes que poner bien listo por que si no quedas igual o peor....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue muy buena, amables, muy pacientes y comprenden muy bien la necesidad de no dar muchas vueltas.
En mi caso fue una inscripción a cofinavit, no llevaba todos los documentos por parte del banco y el vendedor, pero ellos me guiaron y terminé todo en una visita. De verdad muchas gracias por todo.
My experience was very good, friendly, very patient and they understand very well the need not to go around too much.
In my case it was a registration with cofinavit, I did not have all the documents from the bank and the seller, but they guided me and I finished everything in one visit. Really thank you very much for everything.
