Tenía mi cuenta bloqueada fui y solo tomaron mi número de seguro social, ni identificación me pidieron y me dijeron que esperara 48 horas y listo.
Tan sencillo es que te dejen hacerlo por llamada.
 They make you go to the facilities when you can do the process by phone.
I had my account blocked, I went and they only took my social security number, they didn't ask me for identification and they told me to wait 48 hours and that's it.
So simple is that they let you do it by call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados que salen a preguntar a las personas que tipo de tramiten van a realizar, tienen mala disposición y lo han de mala gana, y cuando estamos adentro, pasan los números que asignan, pero ponen algunos números que no existen, por que no pasa nadie,ni entran ni sale nadie, tal vez por que quieren descansar, deberían de darle más prisa a los trámites, para que toda la gente alcancé a entrar
