★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención por parte de la chica de atención al cliente, pero servicio técnico pésimo, supuestamente ellos son los expertos y no podian identificar el problema de mi moto, me hicieron cambio en garantia de unas piezas y al llegar a mi casa una de las piezas era la misma, afortunadamente me previne y la marque antes de llevarla para validar y asi pude identificar que no se la habian cambiado. Muy "comprensivos " me hicieron entrega de la pieza nueva pero es molesto ir a cada rato por lo mismo.
Good attention from the customer service girl, but terrible technical service, supposedly they are the experts and they could not identify the problem with my motorcycle, they made me change in guarantee of some pieces and when I got to my house one of the pieces It was the same, fortunately I warned myself and marked it before taking it to validate and thus I could identify that it had not been changed. Very "understanding" they gave me the new piece but it is annoying to go all the time for the same thing.
