★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De principio todo bien, como fue pasando el tiempo me decepcionaron, me pusieron unas balatas de motoneta y se rompieron en mi dm250 como a las 3 semanas. Ya no la volví a llevar.
At first everything was fine, as time went by they disappointed me, they put some scooter pads on me and they broke in my dm250 at about 3 weeks. I did not wear it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un taller con mucha eficiencia y rapidez, desde que llegas la atención es muy rápida y amable, los mecánicos son muy eficientes y rápidos con los servicios, yo recomiendo este CESIT ya que son muy eficientes, Yo tuve una mala experiencia en otro CESIT y jamas volví, hoy solo acudo a este CESIT ya que trabajan muy bien

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy muy muy muy muy recomendable de mi parte ya que el otro se siente en el que había realizado el primer mantenimiento a los 500 km en otro cecyt y no lo subieron a sistema y en el en este cecyt qué es el 4845 se comunicaron con Italika para que me volvieran a activar mi garantía Ya que estaba cancelada en este sí sí me di cuenta de capitán toda la tornillería de la moto le quitan todas las tapas y aprietan todo desde cero como realmente lo deben de hacer ya que nosotros eh si no lo hacen son muy atentos y me gustó mucho su servicio

El lugar cuenta con sala de espera. Proporcionan seguimiento posterior a los servicios para confirmar que todo funcione adecuadamente. Seguiré realizando los servicios de mi moto en este lugar.
I have visited several CESITs and without a doubt this is the best for attention, service and speed. The girl at the counter and the mechanics are friendly and attentive, they explain all the details to you. The place has a waiting room. They provide post-service follow-up to confirm that everything is working properly. I will continue to perform the services of my motorcycle in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención: rápidos y eficientes. Solo falta que tengan servicio a domicilio y grúas para transportar las motos cuando se descompone y llevarlas al taller. Ojala más adelante tengan esos servicios.
Good service: fast and efficient. They just need to have home delivery and cranes to transport the motorcycles when they break down and take them to the workshop. Hopefully later they will have those services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me preocupaba dónde llevar a servicio mi motocicleta Hero Xpulse, por lo de conservar garantía al ser una marca nueva en México. Decidí arriesgarme y hay buena atención. El personal tiene los conocimientos para darle servicio correctamente con base en lo que dice el manual.
Recomendados.
I was worried about where to take my Hero Xpulse motorcycle for service, in order to keep the warranty as it was a new brand in Mexico. I decided to take a risk and there is good attention. The staff has the knowledge to service you correctly based on what the manual says.
