★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una atención al cliente pésima, son muy lentos, te dejan en visto vía WhatsApp y vía celular te dejan esperando como si tú tiempo no contará, llevé mi moto a servicio y en vez de funcionar bien, dejo de servir todo el sistema eléctrico, hay mejores centros de atención Italika pero en lo personal no recomiendo que se paren por esta sucursal que no tienen una buena organización.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención y la disposición de resolver cualquier tema con tu vehículo son muy buenas, por el momento la parte mecánica también, lo único que mejoraría es la actitud de los técnicos quienes a mi parecer deberían entregar las unidades en conjunto con las chicas para cuando se requiera dar detalles, también tenerles mas cuidado a las motos pues me la entregaron super sucia y algo rayada en un intento de "limpiarla". Por lo demás todo bien.
