★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal... no me hicieron válido la bonificación por comprar la nueva batería y dejar la obsoleta... me hicieron ir en 3 ocasiones, ponen pretextos que no cuentan con efectivo porque los clientes solo pagan con tarjeta.
 Too bad ... they didn't give me the bonus for buying the new battery and leaving the obsolete one ... they made me go 3 times, they make excuses that they don't have cash because customers only pay with a card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el personal parece estar molesto todo el tiempo, no me hicieron válida la bonificación por adquirir una batería nueva argumentando un proceso distinto al que indican los anuncios.
Terrible service, the staff seems to be annoyed all the time, they did not validate the bonus for purchasing a new battery arguing a different process than the one indicated in the ads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la gente ni el buenos días te dan aparte un pocos groseros y de muy mal trato solo porque quisimos hacer válida una garantía siempre le compramos aquí las baterías de los carros ya que contamos con una empresa y una flotilla de vehículos pero este fue una mala experiencia que no me quedaron ganas de volver
Terrible service, the people don't even give you a few rude and very bad treatment apart just because we wanted to make a guarantee valid, we always buy the car batteries here since we have a company and a fleet of vehicles but this was one bad experience that I didn't want to go back

They sell repaired batteries and they do not respect guarantees, I recommend you not to buy there, the brand is no longer the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me hicieron válida la garantía por un detalle tan absurdo como "rebabas" en los postes de mi batería. Pero, me ayudaron a solucionar mi problema. Me dieron un muy buen descuento, y me vendieron una batería nuevecita, de línea 100% con su garantía sellada (no como en Aurrerá) y un exelente servicio al cliente. Les recomiendo comprar su batería en centros autorizados de servicio LTH y no en otros lugares.
They did not give me a valid warranty due to such an absurd detail as "burrs" on my battery posts. But, they helped me solve my problem. They gave me a very good discount, and they sold me a brand new battery, 100% line with its sealed guarantee (not like in Aurrerá) and excellent customer service. I recommend you buy your battery at authorized LTH service centers and not elsewhere.
