★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les falta capacitación en cuanto a temas de garantías para hacer los trámites más ágiles y darle opciones al cliente, así como en cuanto a la facturación no te envían de inmediato los archivos, tendré que regresar o comunicarme nuevamente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agradó bastante la atención telefónica, resolvieron mis dudas y además resuelven la situación de quedarme sin bateria mientras la mia se queda a carga lenta, o sea hasta ahorita todo excelente ;)... Pues en conclusión todo excelente, solo que no les conteste una de las secretarias gruñonas que además no me quiso dar su nombre y me colgó y todo super!!!
