La Historia de LTH
La caja negra de donde salía la energía automotriz para los autos de principios del sigo XX, que comenzó como un negocio experimental de Don Luis Terrazas Hernández, en 1928, se fue transformando poco a poco hasta convertirse en lo que hoy es, una de las baterías más desarrolladas tecnológicamente hablando en el mundo. Esta cadena de innovación se presentó de manera paulatina y paralela al desarrollo de los motores de los autos. Desde baterías de tres vasos, fabricadas con hule duro y separadores de madera, que daban menores voltajes (aunque los necesarios para los automóviles con motores modestos), hasta baterías que hoy abastecen de potencia eléctrica a autos altamente equipados con multiaccesorios demandantes de fluido eléctrico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo la atención telefónica por parte de una Sra, pedí precio de una batería un domingo acorde regresarle la llamada en 2 minutos para preguntar o fijarme de la dirección donde me encontraba varado qué mas o menos le di ubicasion y por tan solo mencionar cto. y jardín ya no me contestaron la llamada y la hice 9 veces y ya no pelaron como si los coches te tigeran donde te gusta que me descomponga no y ella me aseguro que si Iván al servicio aunque fuera domingo y hasta el costo me dio del acomulador así que ya tienen el dato si están varados en zonas pinches con esta NO llamen a este negocio....
. ?? En verdad y están a tan solo 15 minutos
Terrible telephone service by a lady, I asked for the price of a battery on a Sunday, I agreed to return the call in 2 minutes to ask or see the address where I was stranded, what more or less did I give her location and just to mention cto. and garden they no longer answered the call and I made it 9 times and they no longer fought as if the cars hit you where you like me to break down and she assured me that if Iván was at the service even if it was Sunday and he even gave me the cost of the accumulator so you already have the data if you are stranded in fucking areas with this DO NOT call this business....

El jefe de piso Alan Muñoz se portó muy grosero y prepotente al exigir una garantía de una batería que compre el 11 de noviembre del 2019 puso en cuestionamiento mi dicho de que mi auto era de servicio público y no particular como lo es y no portaba su cubrebocas ni me ofrecieron gel y no me tomaron la temperatura como lo marca la ley
Terrible attention. The floor manager Alan Muñoz behaved very rude and arrogant when demanding a guarantee for a battery that I bought on November 11, 2019, he questioned my saying that my car was of public service and not private as it is and did not carry its face masks nor did they offer me gel and they did not take my temperature as required by law

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio telefónico es pésimo si no quieres fara tu nombre y solo pides que te transfieran a San Rafael. Te terminan transfiriendo y te cortan la llamada enseguida. Forzosamente tienes que explicar para que quieres que te transfieran no creo que alguien hablé para preguntar por el tipo de cambio del día de hoy o por el clima que va a haber en la tarde.
The phone service is lousy if you don't want your name out and just ask to be transferred to San Rafael. They end up transferring you and cut off the call right away. You necessarily have to explain why you want to be transferred. I don't think someone spoke to ask about today's exchange rate or about the weather that will be in the afternoon.
