★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para garantías son pésimos, solo una persona (José Luis) pudo ser capaz de resolver mis dudas y darme una solución a mi problemática, de allí en mas solo me daban largas y la respuesta de uno de sus empleados fue de "si quieres, si no ve a otra sucursal". Que poco profesional fue la respuesta de esta persona, no me estas haciendo un favor al atenderme, estas trabajando y tu dependes de tus clientes

Lo que me gustó es que ya cuentan con el servicio de respaldo de garantía en línea el cual está disponible a nivel República.
Me recomendaron llevar a revisión mi batería en 4 meses sin costo (directo en la sucursal). Se nota cuando a alguien le gusta su trabajo.
