N	Nity Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, el señor que nos atendió fue muy grosero, no me quiso hacer valida la garantía de mi batería que compre hace dos años, la póliza de garantía tiene vigencia de 4 años, se la quedó todo un día, al día siguiente que fui a recogerla me dijo que en efecto ya no servía pero que no me podía validar la garantía debido a que "según el" la batería había sido mal instalada, que el podía notarlo porque tenía un rayón, a lo que le contesté que ellos mismos la habían instalado hace dos años, después habló por teléfono con la gerente y regresó diciendo que no, que la gerente no autorizaba la garantía. Salí de ahí llena de impotencia, porque son personas que no tienen criterio y no hay manera de que entren en razón. Estoy procediendo a demandarlos, pues tengo mi póliza de garantía , la cual me ampara. La garantía de LTH ES FALSA 3 MESES CON LA BATERÍA los q atienden son groseros y al final termina diciendo q las garantías nunca proceden es muy difícil! Pues no tiene chiste comprar esa marca! A	Allan Beltran Cardenas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el servicio y pésima actitud del encargado del lugar , Alejandro Chan Cabrera, no respeta la promociones en específico el bono de $300 que ofrece su marca LTH y EverStar en los Walmart o Aurrera. Y solo en el momento que estuve ahí se fueron 2 clientes más y uno que ya estaba atendiendo su auto solo querían que le cobren y le dice A.C.C. (con voz casi burlona) que cuando termine de atender a todos los demás clientes lo atiende. ( Solo era cobrarle y el mismo cliente se enojo por obvias razones). Espero hagan chequeo del nivel de servicio que ofrecen en esta suc. Por qué es pésima. No volvería a ir a este lugar.
