What a bad service. They go out of their way to not honor the warranty on their batteries. Pretexts used that I doubt are technical. What transactions are in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hable para solicitar una batería a domicilio, desde las 11 am y quedaron en enviarla en 1 hora máximo, espere por qu e pensé que estaban con muchos trabajos. Volví a marcar a la 1 pm y me dijeron que hubo una confusión y que llevaron mi batería a otro lado, pero seguro hoy me aplicaban el servicio. Espere otra hora y no llego. Ni siquiera fueron para avisarme que había pasado.
Después de esto me marcó la Srita. Carmen muy amable pidió una disculpa por lo sucedido y me ofreció nuevamente el servicio. A lo cual accedí, Ya que gracias a este tipo de atenciones es lo que que las personas confíen. Gracias Srita Carmen por sus atenciones.
I spoke to request a battery at home, from 11 am and they agreed to send it in 1 hour maximum, wait because I thought they were with a lot of work. I dialed again at 1 pm and they told me that there was a confusion and that they took my battery elsewhere, but surely today they applied the service to me. I waited another hour and I did not arrive. They didn't even come to let me know what had happened.
After this, Ms. Carmen very kindly apologized for what happened and offered me the service again. To which I agreed, since thanks to this type of attention is what people trust. Thank you Miss Carmen for your attention.
