NOVEMBER 11, 2020 THESE PEOPLE FROM THESE SERVICE CENTERS THINK THAT THEY ARE VERY INDISPENSABLE SINCE 9 AM WAITING WHY THEY SAY THAT THEY OPEN 9 AM AND THE MUGROSO CLICK ARRIVES AT 10 AM EVERYTHING SO THAT THEY WILL NOT RESPECT MY GUARANTEE OF MY BATARIA BEING WELL AND EVERYTHING IN ORDER AND CHARISIMATE THE BATTERIES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el peor que he recibido en la compra de un acumulador. Entre otras deficiencias, acudieron a mi domicilio a revisar el acumulador, "que se lo tenían que llevar" una semana sin ninguna noticia, hasta que los contacté. Me indican que requiero un acumulador nuevo, lo compro a domicilio, se lo pago y el vendedor no traía notas ni comprobante. Le solicito el comprobante se compromete a enviarlo por correo desde el 14 de septiembre, es fecha que no lo recibo y ya me cansé de estarles llamando para solicitarlo, siempre es lo mismo prometen enviarme el comprobante por correo y no cumplen.
Terrible service, the worst I have received when buying an accumulator. Among other deficiencies, they went to my home to check the accumulator, "that they had to take it" a week without any news, until I contacted them. They tell me that I need a new accumulator, I buy it at home, I pay it and the seller did not bring notes or proof. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servico, llegaron muy rapido e hicieron un servicio muy bueno, lo unico malo es que al instalar la bateria el tecnico no la aseguro con el sujetador que lleva la base de la bateria, alegando que no lo tenia, yo personalmente reviso que la camioneta no le falte nada, y el asegura que no lo tenia, desgraciadamente la camioneta la traia mi esposa y no se fijo al momento de que le instalaron la bateria, recomendacion, estar presente al momento de la instalacion y revisar que todo este en orden, ahora tendria que comprar el sujetador de la bateria, por erso la calificacion
