★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos años el servicio en general fue óptimo. Ahora (octubre 2019} el servicio de garantías es pésimo según mencionaron que por cambio de las terminales que ahí mismo hicieron se perdió dicha garantía. Me percaté que a otro cliente le dijeron algo similar con su garantía. Ojala sigan con el criterio anterior. El técnico que atiende sigue siendo muy servicial y da consejos.
 Two years ago the service in general was optimal. Now (October 2019} the guarantee service is bad as they mentioned that because of the change of the terminals they made there, that guarantee was lost. I noticed that another client was told something similar with their guarantee. Hopefully they follow the above criteria. Service technician is still very helpful and gives advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención técnica es inmejorable, pero la atención de la recepcionista que hace las veces de cajera, da información y da la atención al cliente, es muy cuestionable, es grosera con los clientes, no da la información necesaria y suficiente, contesta con ironía a las sugerencias que un cliente le dio. Definitivo hay otros servicios de DHL en los que seguramente tendrán una mejor experiencia.
The technical attention is unbeatable, but the attention of the receptionist who acts as a cashier, gives information and gives customer service, is very questionable, is rude to customers, does not give the necessary and sufficient information, answers with irony to the suggestions a customer gave you. There are definitely other DHL services where you will surely have a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si compran un acumulador en cualquier supermercado y quieres que te sellen o te informen de como procede tu garantía ni se acerquen a la sucursal de La fragua.
La señora que está en recepción se cansa de repetirte que las baterías de los supermercados son almacenadas y obsoletas y que ellos no se harán responsable de apoyarte con la garantía en caso de que la necesites, por no haberla comprado con ellos.
Yo solo fui por mi bonificación al entregar mi batería usada (misma que si me reembolsaron) pero no sin antes recibir esa advertencia. ?
