Esperé unos 5 minutos y llegó el empleado o técnico quien me atendió muy bien y de manera amable. Realizó diagnóstico y me hizo algunas recomendaciones en las que incluyó desconectar el cargador del teléfono que a la larga descarga la batería. ??
Although the announced opening hours are at 9:00 a.m., it was almost 9:30 and there was no one. I waited about 5 minutes and the employee or technician arrived, who treated me very well and kindly. He made a diagnosis and made some recommendations in which he included disconnecting the charger from the phone that eventually discharges the battery. ??
