Es pequeña, nunca he encontrado más de 3 personas esperando, atienden sin citas, son amables, hacen recordatorios y seguimiento a los tramites.
Lo mejor es que explican la situación de la póliza y buscan apoyarnos a tener siembre una mejor alternativa. Super recomendable.

It is small, I have never found more than 3 people waiting, they attend without appointments, they are friendly, they make reminders and follow up on the procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a tramitar mis Dividendos y todo resultó excelente y en tiempo y forma. Son atentos, pacientes, resolvieron todas mis dudas y sin duda volvería a realizar un trámite con ellos. No cuentan con estacionamiento, pero en las inmediaciones puedes encontrar un lugar.

Ese mismo día se tramito el retiro de mis dividendos y se me informó oportunamente de dicho trámite. Los felicito por la atención ya que intente en otras Oficinas cercanas a mi fuente de trabajo y en por Internet, así que los recomiendo por el excelente trabajo realizado.
