★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un smartwatch a revisión me dijeron que me llamaban para darme diagnostico una fecha y no llamaron, yo estuve llamando varias veces y el servicio al teléfono fue muy deficiente, de mala gana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisima experienciá me llevó 4 meses y no me la arreglaron una tele LG y para colmo me cambiaron las piezas y me la entregaron sin tornillos. Realmente un robo.
A very bad experience took me 4 months and they did not fix an LG TV and to top it off they changed the parts and delivered it to me without screws. Really a robbery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuvieron mi pantalla 1 año y nunca la repararon, llamaba y me decían que el ingeniero me iba a llamar, cosa que no hacía nunca, ya hasta que me harté y les pedí que me regresaran mi pantalla. Pésimo servicio.
They had my screen for 1 year and they never repaired it, I called and they told me that the engineer was going to call me, which he never did, until I got fed up and asked them to return my screen. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio...el "Ingeniero" irresponsable da diagnósticos equivocados.. más de 1 mes para intentar resolver un problema ...obvio...jamás pudo al final dijo...es irreparable...... la pobre chica que está en atención al cliente no sabe ni donde mete la cabeza de la pena ... NO RECOMENDABLE PARA LA REPARACION DE LOS EQUIPOS no se como una empresa como SAMSUNG los tiene de Centro de servicio autorizado....
