★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para comenzar el servicio no fue malo, la televisión quedó bien fue una Samsung smart de 50" así que la verdad saben hacer su "chamba" como detalle y razón para darles 3 estrellas por 2 motivos. Para comenzar al entregar la pantalla y remover las patas me informo que dejaba los tornillos en la pantalla para evitar perderlos. Al entregarme la pantalla resulta que llegando a casa no me di cuenta que los tornillos no estaban hasta 2 días después. 4 tornillos no son la gran cosa, a excepción de no tener idea de que comprar. Me comunique e informe de la situación la cual no fue error mio, el acuerdo por teléfono fue contactarme por WhatsApp e informar la medida de los tornillos ya que era mucho más fácil que manejar al local una vez más. Hasta la fecha no me volvieron a contactar. Más que 4 tornillos creo que al pagar $3,000 lo menos que se puede esperar es profesionalismo y esta última acción para nada lo fue.
