★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención terrible, nunca compren productos de esta marca es nefasta igual que la señora que atiende , compre una licuadora T-fal y tenia defecto de fabrica las cuchillas , en el folleto no indica que según se tienen que cambiar cada 6 meses ,aun mostrándole la información a la señora ignorante que atiende , solo indica que debe de traer otro instructivo , aparte de ignorante , necia y nefasta por este tipo de personas jamás compraré otro producto de esta marca que al final de cuentas es súper corriente.
 Terrible attention, never buy products of this brand it is disastrous like the lady who attends, I bought a T-fal blender and had a manufacturing defect in the blades, in the brochure it does not indicate that according to they have to be changed every 6 months, even showing the Information to the ignorant lady who attends, only indicates that she must bring another instructive, apart from ignorant, foolish and nefarious for this type of people I will never buy another product of this brand that in the end is super common.

Para saber de la compostura de tu aparato, tienes que hablar despues de las 4 pm, y luego, resulta que durante una hora no contestan el telefono y te tienen con su grabación, para que a las 5pm, te pongan otra grabacion donde dice que salieron a las 5pm y mañana !!! Ademas de que nunca respondieron mi llamada en dos meses, cuando la respondieron de mega churro, me dijeron que tenia que pagar gastos de almacenamiento de mi aparato ,x no irlo a recoger ni decir si se iba a reparar, ademas carisimo y te cobran desde que lo dejas, y lo que falta, despues de que lo recojas. Es un desmadre meterlo en garantia xq piden las perlas de la virgen, total q terminas pagando de tu bolsa para deshacerte de ellos. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR, ESO DE QUE TALLERES OFICIALES, ES UN CUCHITRIL DE QUINTA, ADEMAS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible la atención, fuí a hacer válida la garantía de una licuadora TFal que compré en noviembre y las cuchillas son de muy mala calidad, el punto es que no quisieron hacer válida la garantía y tuve que pagar la reparación, por que según las cuchillas se deben de remplazar cada 6 meses y luego pretextaron que no pongo el seguro del vaso, en fin el chiste era que yo tenía que pagar por la reparación cuando era un defecto de la pieza, la señorita encargada es fatal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble que en 6 meses que llevo llamando, jamás contesten, siempre sale un mensaje que dice recuerde que nuestro horario es hasta las 5 pm, sin importar si es el mediodía ?. Esto con la finalidad de no ir a dar una vuelta en vano ya que me queda muy retirado.
